Operating system is installed for most machines and is genuine while maximizing in type and version in accordance with the machine specifications.
All vital software to start and machine are present. We may install secondary software upon request.

Pricing, Shipping, & Returns

While we have two warehouses situated in Wichita, U.S. and Montréal, Canada, our technicians work and operate the shop from the Montréal location. Shipping is therefore provided at a flat fee of $50 CAD within Canada while varying internationally according to region.

We follow popular online store’s mechanism. If you believe that the laptop had arrived defective for any logistical reason, we can replace the machine for you. On the other hand, if you had any problems down the line, you can contact us for detailed online support and then you may send us the laptop for inspection and repair. Sending back the laptop to our technical site will be at your expense – so weigh your costs carefully.
Refunds are accepted if the product arrives defective or if it does not match the description. Please make sure to send us a detailed message within 3 days of reception. We will ensure that you are satisfied.
